Speech Camp for Stuttering

Speech Camp for Stuttering

We are excited that Dr. Joseph Constantine will lead a “Speech Camp for Stuttering” for children and adolescents (ages 7-18) that exhibit stuttering behaviors.  This camp will meet for an intensive 5-day therapy program in the Perkins building on EKU Richmond campus, from 9-11:30am on July 17-21st.  All participants will receive individual and group therapy (grouped by age) provided by graduate students in the EKU Communication Disorders program, under direct supervision of licensed and certified speech-language pathologists.  Activities will focus on controlling stuttering and dealing with emotions about stuttering, while having fun along the way.  Registration is $25 with a sliding scale available for those that qualify.  For more information, please call the Eastern Kentucky University Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic at 859-622-4444.
